What: A beach cleanup organized by surf instructor, Toby Ramondo to help keep our beaches healthy and looking beautiful

Where: The Beach Walk Hotel 344 Ocean Ave N, Sea Bright, NJ

When: 9am-11am

What to bring: Please bring your own bag or bucket to collect trash in and gloves

• By registering you are automatically entered to win up to $50 in Lucky Dog gift cards

• Join us after at the shop for post-cleanup coffee and donuts and the drawing of gift card winners!

What: A foamboard (soft surfboard) surfing competition where creativity, stoke, and epicness win! All profits are donated to the Associated Humane Society of Tinton Falls. Adoptable doggies and kittens will also be available to meet on the beach!

When: We are using our “No Wave” Date of October 1st, 2023.

We have an estimated start time of 9am however that can change as we get closer to the event.

Where: Anchorage Beach, Sea Bright, NJ (909 Ocean Ave, Sea Bright, NJ)

Additional parking can be found in Sea Bright’s main municipal lot (1085 Ocean Ave, Sea Bright, NJ)

Who: For people ages 7-102.5

How to win: We are judging on style, grace, epicness, surfing abilities, funny dance moves, crazy dismounts, creativity on the surfboard, best costume etc.

Foam Board Face Off 2022!

To Benefit the Associated Humane Society of

Tinton Falls!

Foam Board or Soft Board Surf Contest where creativity and having fun is the way to win! Here is some information! Adoption Event will also be happening between 10am-12pm!

• Date: September 24th 2022

• Rain and No Wave Date: September 25th, 2022

• All Proceeds will be donated to Associated Humane Society of Tinton Falls

• There will be adoptable doggies there!

• Ages 7 to 102 1/2 are welcome to participate. All participants under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult and sign the waiver to participate . Waivers must be printed and signed and brought to event check in. You will receive the waiver when you sign up on the Live Heats website.

• Bring your own board or borrow one of ours! We will have a variety of boards to try thanks to our sponsors at Softech Surfboards!

• Location is at Anchorage Beach in Sea Bright, NJ. Location is subject to change depending on waves.

• All registrants will receive a tee shirt

• There will be lifeguards at event

• Divisions (All Co-Ed):

  • Pups: Ages 7-10

Join us for Surf Like a Girl, a networking and empowerment day at Lucky Dog Surf Co!
Lucky Dog Surf is hosting a day dedicated to awesome women.
The day looks like this:

6 pm: Question and answer stretch session led by some of my favorite yogis: We will have the opportunity to pick the brains of some local business owners, artists, scientists, comedians, surfers and more all while doing some fun yoga poses and stretches!

7 pm: Following that intense calorie burn and brain overload, we will listen to some local chicas jam out to some music and stuff our faces with some glorious food and drinks.

7:45 pm: Finally, we will settle in for the

Sea Bright Premier of Bethany Hamilton’s new inspirational movie, “Unstoppable”.

Please dress comfortably and bring your good vibes and a beach chair.

Join us for a handplane workshop, where local artist Caroline Defelice, walks us through creating unique handplanes for someone on your gift list or to keep for yourself! We provide the blank handplanes and tools to make it special as well as some holiday treats and music! You just need to bring your creativity!

What is a handplane? Great question! It’s a small board used in body surfing that is strapped to either hand. They allow more control and maneuverability while body surfing some epic waves!

Come down to Lucky Dog Surf Co for the First Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest! Bring a pumpkin and your carving supplies! Judging will start around 1:30! Winner will receive a gift card to Lucky Dog Surf! Please come in costume to receive other prizes! Live music provided by the Jetty Rats!
